Reason for wanting it: From playing many private servers ive seen that there have been many Gms that start abusing their power to their friend's advantage after a few days of being part of the staff such as hosting private events for just their friends. I can assure you i am a fair person and these scenario's wont arise if i am recruited . I dont tolerate hackers at all and i will ban anyone hacking regardless of whether they are my friend or not but apart from that if i am recruited no one will be banned unless they are hacking , advertising or something else serious (ive noticed some gms have just banned others for just calling a gm names which should really just be dealt with by jailing unless it gets serious). In my opinion i think my personality satisfies the demands of a Gm but thats for you to decide if im recruited into the Staff.
I have played many private servers and found numerous bugs common to many servers that people exploit, i think if i am a gm, finding these bugs would be much more easier which would also benefit the players that are playing fairly instead of trying to exploit bugs to their advantage.
Another reason for wanting to become a gm is because i love hosting events, not only do the players enjoy it but also, i enjoy hosting them. I also think I could host some events that have never been hosted in any other servers which would make this server stand out from others if we're hosting a variety of events so players dont get bored. On another note gms should not only just be there to host events but also i think it is required for all gms to help new and old members regarding any information about the server such as where certain npcs are. They should also remind players of all the rules and ensure that players who do break the rules WILL be punished in some way depending on the severity of it.
Ive read some of the other posts and i will definately login at least once per week, maybe almost everyday depending on how much homework.
Relative Experience: As stated above i have played many private servers such as Finalstory, SydneyMS, AkaiMS, BounceMS, HitsuMS, Bankaistory, KyraMS, DesuMs, DreamerMS, DutchMS, Fruitystory and many more. I have played GMS for 3 years, i was also the first 1000 to be selected by nexon to test 'Tespia' which was their test server. I know the game very well and ive been a 'gm helper' in a few servers which is a person who helps gms but doesnt have as much power as a gm does, i will be willing to learn anything if there is anything that i dont understand or anything that i have not learnt from other servers and utilise some of the skills i learnt from the others servers and share them with this server.
Have you Played Maplestory : Its pretty evident from 'relative experience' that i have, i have a level 89 hermit on bellocan , 55 ice mage on scania, 48 bandit on scania and 37 hunter on scania.
