| Ok, so i've seen some people hitting the traditional 9999 and I thought that sucks they probably don't know how to remove the cap, so if you look here, if you do then ignore this ^^ The program is called Penguin Trainer, it removes the 9999 cap and replaces it with a 2 bill cap, to make it work just open it and click the maplestory icon as normal but before the window pops up tick the Penguin Trainer and voila!
